Koh Phi Phi Leh

Phi Phi Leh is an uninhabited island that lies 1.5km off the southernmost tip of Phi Phi Don. Stunning vertical cliffs capped with green foliage give way to small sandy beaches and tropical coral seas. Most visitors find their way around Phi Phi Leh on an organised Phi Phi boat tour. However you can rent a longtail boat for your own customized trip.

Koh Phi Phi Leh offers a variety of dive sites depending on wind, waves and tide (approx. 45 minutes - 1 hour by longtail boat. 30 minutes by speedboat). On the west side of Koh Phi Phi Leh is the famous Maya Bay, well known from the film "The Beach". The cliffs north and south of Maya Bay are not only seen above water level but also underwater. The craggy rocks offer fascinating passages inhabited by thousands of glassfish. With a bit of luck, you can meet leopard sharks and turtles as well as oriental sweetlips here.
