Once you have settled into your exclusive villa, you can enjoy your own private terrace, gaze out over your plunge pool to the mountains or ocean beyond and contemplate what to do next. When it comes to dining options you can perhaps begin with the Thu Quan (Library) bar and enjoy exotic cocktails and fine wines and light snacks; or you can choose from a selection of Vietnamese and international dishes at the very mellow and serene Watercourt restaurant. Alternatively, you can opt for the beach and pool side Azura restaurant for light Italian fare; whilst the ultimate in Central Vietnam's dining options has to be Saffron restaurant. Serving exquisite Thai cuisine, Saffron is perched on a cliff top overlooking the bay and providing sweeping views of the miles of sandy beaches below. However, if you like dining 'at home' then we will be pleased to serve you with your own private in-villa barbeque.
