1. Tour Price
Tour prices are quoted per person in US dollars and valid from 1 March 2007 to 31 march 2008. Prices are net and inclusive of service charge and 10% VAT tax and subject to change according to market fluctuation without notice. Please check with Viet Holiday Travel for confirmation of prices prior to booking
2. Reservations
Reservations should be made through Viet Holiday Travel at least 14 days in advance of departure. Late bookings up to 3 days in advance will be accepted on selected tours only, but are subject to the availability of accommodation and flights.
3. Visas
Tour participants shall ensure that they comply with all the visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to visit. If in doubt, tour participants are advised to consult Viet Holiday Travel

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable once the tour is confirmed. A tour is confirmed when all of the following tour elements are confirmed:

5. Amendments, cancellations and refunds
All modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking. Any subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee of US$200 per person per amendment, plus any other applicable cancellation fees as inposed by Viet Holiday Travel, and such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made. No amendment will be accepted within 3 days prior to departure, and no change may be made after travel has commenced.

Viet Holiday Travel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee is dependent upon the individual cancellation policies of the Viet Holiday Travel featured. Refunds must be applied for within 3 months of tour date.
6. Children / Infants
Prices quoted are for children under the age of 12 years on the date of departure, and sharing a twin room with 2 adults. An infant (under 2 years of age) will be charged at an infant rate. Please check with Viet Holiday Travel for price details.
7. Change of
Itinerary
No change can be made to the printed itinerary, unless by Viet Holiday Travel in accordance with the provisions herein, once travel has commenced. Unused portions of the itinerary and any extension nights including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, air fare or other items included in the tour, are not refundable.
8. Special requests
Please note that special requests such as diet (accommodation meals), room location/type, a particular facility at a hotel, a particular view, etc. are not guaranteed and form no part of your booking with us. In view of the large number of requests made we are unable to advise you before departure if they cannot be met.

10. Liabilities
(I) Viet Holiday Travel shall not under any circumstances be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for:
(a) any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight;
(b) any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from, or as a result of, changes in the travel programmes, routes or timetables, provided that, in the case of such changes which result in a decrease in the cost to Viet Holiday Travel, an amount equal and limited to such decrease only shall be refunded to the tour participant.
(c) any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any tour participant which arise from or as a result of the missing of the flight due to the tour participant's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedures.
(II) It is also expressly declared that Viet Holiday Travel acts only as agents for the owners or contractors providing the means of transportation or other services during the course of the tour. All tickets for such means of transportation or other services are issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided, (details available upon request) and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets shallbe deemed to be consent by the tour participants to the further condition that Viet Holiday Travel shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the tour participant, or to the property or effects of such tour participant, howsoever caused by such means of transportation or other services.
11. Force Majeure
Viet holiday Travel has the sole and absolute discretion to cancel or shorten the duration of any tour in the event of force majeure, hostilities, accident or other circumstances beyond the control of Viet Holiday Travel which renders it necessarily, Viet Holiday travel's reasonable opinion, that such steps be taken. Viet Holiday Travel shall be relieved of all liabilities and obligations resulting therefrom, upon notice to the tour participants and full refund of any amount paid for the tour or the unused portions of the tour, as appropriate.
