Dear Hai

Hope you and your family are all well.  We are back in South Africa and have taken a week to recover from the jet lag flying back  (it always seems worse on the return route).

After Vietnam we returned to Thailand and spent the New Year in Chang Mai.  We then went back to Bangkok for a night and then to Singapore for the last night.

Thank you we really enjoyed our holiday.  The tour guides were all very pleasant and very efficient. The drivers also drove safely and Mr Cuong was very good, and on the last night Danang he took us to a very good coffee café called the garden view restaurant, we really enjoyed it.  Your friend/tour guide Huong in Hanoi was very nice and speaks English very well, so we also must compliment him.

We also must compliment you as the food was excellent we had very nice 7/8 course meals which was more than enough and very delicious!

We really like Hanoi and we are sure we will be back again for another holiday.   Hue was very interesting with the citadel  and we loved the perfume river with the folk singers.  Next time we would like to spend perhaps 2 nights in Hoi An, even though it is a small place it would be nice to have more time to spend there as we really liked it.

We would like to thank you again for organising a wonderful trip and to say thank you for all the Christmas and Birthday gifts.

We will also pass your details on to a large travel agency in South Africa as we know someone there.

Dear Mr. Hai

First of all thank you for a superior performance from your side to help us plan this fantastic vacation to your country. It was, in all levels, a perfectly organised trip witch has left us with a lot of wonderful memories.

And once again thank you for the dinner at Le Tonkin, it was very nice to meet you in person - and it was some of the best food we had on our trip!

We have nothing but nice things so say about Vietnam - the people, the culture, the nature, the food...

Everything during our stay was perfect - the hotels, the transport, the guides (specially the guide in Hué!). I think the number of days we stayed in the different places worked fine and gave us a chance to experience many different things.

Finally we would like to let you know that we won't hesitate to recommend your company to colleges, friends and family. And of course we will contact you again if we a going back to Vietnam - or Cambodia or Laos maybe??
